ReConnect to ReGenerate

Regenerative agricultural and ecological practices are hot topics of conversation now. Regenerative practice recognises that natural biological systems are interconnected, within all complex living communities. Regenerative culture reconnects people back to nature, their living communities and instils that we are all interconnected and an interdependent part of a complex living system.
Regenerative leadership is an incredibly powerful way to embark on creating organisational cultures that apply the natural patterns, dynamics and principles of life systems to organisations. Regenerative leadership recognises that we need to move from our separation from nature to the reconnection to our nature and natural law and order of the world that is diverse, complex, and a dynamic organisation.  It’s not the ​linear, mechanical, logical process that currently exists, unlimited growth that is not sustainable and does nothing to put back into the living organisation.
Regenerative practice seems to be the only sustainable way for human beings to exist, that captures our diversity, our interconnectedness with nature and with one another that reconnects us with all living beings that we share this beautiful planet.
