Our mission at Just Enterprise CC and Just Healing CC is to build resilient communities through the individual counselling and group facilitation services we provide.

Our services are based on the practices of Localism (locally produced and consumed goods and services, local government, local culture, environment and identity - distinct to that locality) an alternative to the global economic model, possibly the only way communities can be truly socially inclusive, environmentally connected and sustainable for generations to come. That is regenerative, cyclical and creative in nature a model similar to our environment, that is diverse and resilient with its checks and balances in place to ensure its sustainability. This is our mission at Just Enterprise CC (group facilitation) and Just Healing CC (counselling) to build resilient communities and individuals with our services.

Just Healing CC and Just Enterprise CC is passionate about people and the communities we work with to reach their full potential.



The Central Coast high schools competition, 'Human Rights in an age of Climate Change,' a community engagement project, created by founder Hale Adasal in her role as Amnesty Central Coast Convenor, engaging youth on the Central Coast with issues that affect their generation.

Recent work by founder Hale Adasal also includes:
The Community Environment Network (CEN), event managing their 20th Anniversary dinner and annual forums. Amnesty International, community engagement sessions, public forums and speaking engagements, film events and creating the local Central Coast school's competition, 'Human Rights in an Age of Climate Change' as pictured to the left.
